Sort by the SKU column in your spreadsheet and use conditional formatting to highlight duplicates.

Keep one row per SKU - if you were adding a second image or a second attribute, put it in the extra columns of the same row.

Watch for trailing spaces: 'ABC-1' and 'ABC-1 ' look identical on screen but only one survives Amazon's trim.

Re-export and re-upload once the SKU column is unique.
