Paste the URL into a private browsing window - if you do not see the raw image, Amazon will not either.

Host images somewhere with plain public URLs (S3, Cloudflare R2, your own web server) and use https.

Remove query strings, spaces and non-ASCII characters from the file name.

Keep the file under 10 MB and use JPEG, PNG or TIFF; WebP and HEIC are not accepted.

Leave the image URL unchanged between retries - changing it restarts the ingestion queue.
