Check the spelling and capitalisation of brand_name against the brand as it appears on other live ASINs.

If you are the brand owner, enrol the brand in Amazon Brand Registry and wait for approval before re-uploading.

If the item is genuinely unbranded, set brand_name to 'Generic' (where the category allows it) and supply a manufacturer value.

If you resell someone else's brand, do not create a new ASIN - list against the existing ASIN using external_product_id / ASIN matching.

Re-submit the feed only after the brand shows as approved; retrying immediately produces the same error.
